Mechanics

General Terms and Conditions:

• The promotion is exclusive to eligible Cyma Odyssey Passport holders
• Only one (1) Odyssey Card may be used per table transaction. 
• The 10% discount at Cyma and SOUV! by Cyma is capped at ₱1,000 per transaction.
• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, including Senior Citizen and PWD discounts.
• The passport must be presented at the time of the transaction.
• Redemption and completion of the journey must be recorded on the passport to prevent duplicate claims.
• No splitting of the bill. 
• The FREE Hirini Brizola reward may be claimed only once per completed passport.

 

1. Elaia by Cyma - Passport Issuance
 

• One Cyma Odyssey Passport to ALL guests (1 per table) on their visit to Elaia by Cyma, regardless of the total bill.
• Guest (cardholder) is entitled to discounts at participating Cyma and SOUV! by Cyma branches.
• The passport must be presented to avail of the applicable discounts.

2. Cyma - 10% Discount or a maximum discount of Php 1,000

Participating branches:

• Cyma Greenbelt 5
• Cyma Shangri-La Plaza Mall
• Cyma Eastwood Mall
• Cyma Robinsons Magnolia
• Cyma TriNoma
 

Mechanics:

• Guests must present their Odyssey Passport when dining at any participating Cyma branch.
• The store will grant a 10% discount capped at Php 1,000.00.
• The serving staff will mark the passport to indicate redemption and identify the participating branch.

3. SOUV! by Cyma - 10% Discount or a maximum discount of Php 1,000

Participating branches:

• SOUV! by Cyma Molito
• SOUV! By Cyma  BGC
• SOUV! By Cyma The Podium

Mechanics:
 

• Guests must present their Odyssey Passport when dining at any participating SOUV! by Cyma branch.
• The store will grant a 10% discount capped at Php 1,000.00.
• The serving staff will mark the passport to indicate redemption and identify the participating branch.

4. Return to Elaia by Cyma - Completion Reward

Reward: One (1) free Hirini Brizola (Pork Chop), worth ₱840.

Mechanics:

• The guest must complete a dine-in visit at Elaia by Cyma, at least one participating Cyma branch, and at least one participating SOUV! by Cyma branch.
• Upon completing the three-concept journey, the guest must present the Cyma Odyssey Passport at Elaia by Cyma.
• Staff will verify that the required visits to all three concepts have been completed.
• Once verified, provide one (1) FREE Hirini Brizola per eligible passport.
• The serving staff will mark the passport to indicate that the completion reward has been redeemed.
